I downloaded the biggest loser weight lose videos and started doing those, I've lost 3lbs within 3 days, so I'm super happy. I'm going to continue to do it everyday and keep losing the weight.

Great work Have you changed your diet at all as well or just doing exercise? I am not sure whether those are for workouts only or weight loss in general.

I've been watching my portions and eating less. Even tho I'm still hungry I drink water to compensate and it works.
Have you cut out any foods at all, perhaps chocolate or bread? Thats one thing I tried once, cutting out all bread but I wasnt successful at it, I lasted about three weeks without it, its something I tend to have with almost every meal so I always felt hungry or like something was missing.

I don't eat chocolate, rarely eat bread and I'm going to eat brown bread if I do.

Congratulations on your losing weight. Your disliking chocolate is a bonus. Some shovel it away like there's no tomorrow. When eating brown bread, go for wholemeal or sourdough which has great flavour and a FAAB crust! Especially when toasted.
I'm diabetic so have to be careful with what I eat, paying particular attention to salt, fat and sugar content. Before it hit I was a bit of a podge, eating late at night which isn't good for weight control, so I am pleased you were successful. It took effort, no doubt.
Just watch your water intake. Compensating is really only necessary when perspiring when its hot, though you should drink water every day as it regulates your body's fluid intake.
When wanting not to eat, why not try drinking semi-skimmed milk as its fat content is only 1.5%. packed full of calcium, smi is perfect for keeping bones strong and there's vitamins in it, too.
