Well i reeally not sure if it goes here or advise but here it is

well im 16 im 6ft3" and i way approx 12/13 stone and i hate my body as i eat 4500 calories a day to try and but Wight on but i have been the same i have wight now for about 5 month and i just hate the i look i have quite a few skars on my body from when i was depressed and it makes me self contusion

i really dont know what im expecting to get off you guys by righting this but its here for you guys to read and do what you want with lol any way be safe and happy

idk what 12-13 stone is in american pounds.

But if u wanna lose weight: eat less and exercise more.

Not trying to bde a jerk, but it rlly is that simple. But just bc the science is simple i understand the reason is not.

Maybe u eat out of boredom or emotions. U created bad habits. Now u need to create good habits of eating smaller portions of healthier food and exercising every day.

13 stone =182 pounds

12 stone= 168 pounds

ohhhhh ur trying to add weight. Gotcha. Well thats not too skinny for 16yo. I was 6'3 183 at 16. Im 6'3 189 now (i think). I run so i have to stay lean. But i have muscles too.

So idk if u even need to change lol. But just work out more. If u do shoulder presses and lat pull downs ur upper body will get bigger and u will just look bigger allover. U could try eating protean shakes but To be honest if ur close to 180 i think ur fine. But if ur 160/170 then yh add 10 lbs. Almost 13 stone should be ur goal i guess

Okay, just to be sure you want to put on weight yes?

Sounds obvious but make sure that you're eating at least three meals a day. Also try and get as many carbohydrates in your diet as possible through ceral, pasta, rice, fruits, vegetables etc. Make sure that you're eating plenty of protein aswell; steak, nuts, low fat milk for example. Try to make what your eating and drinking more carolific, for example have grape juice instead of orange juice, drink your coffee with milk, have an extra spoonful of rice when serving, that sort of thing.

thanks for the replys and yh im trying to put wait on and my bro who is now 21 hes like 16 stone and he eats less then me but he works out alot so he not fat although i work out and have muscle its not geting me any bigger really as i cant put wait on wired

Dude thats not bad, im 6'2 180ish @ 9% bodyfat

see the forum "body fat" i posted a decent workout set up, adn the calorie intake is good. i suggest taking a whey protein when you workout.

i have a good body thats not the problem i drink protine shake's 4 times daily not counting it in my cal intake tho the problem is i cant put wait on and in turn cant build muscle

welcome to the reality of a high metabolism, you like me last year have to work out like an animal, and eat like an animal.

you have to work your ass off in the gym, doing a couple curls wont cut it, and drinking 4 protein shakes a day is a waste of protein, you probably crapped out 3 of those shakes everyday. one in the morning is ok, one after working out is suggested, mabye one before bed for recovery. when are you taking them?

you should only be working out for 45min to 90min tops. any longer and your body releases a hormone that kills testosterone (male hormone that is critical to gain muscle) also if you are doing intense cardio you are sabatoging yourself over if you want to gain mass.you need to lfit "Heavy" to gain muscle. high reps low weight burns calories, builds definition, and cuts bodyfat. you want to gain size/strength.

trust me, i have been there and done that.
