Okay, just to be sure you want to put on weight yes?
Sounds obvious but make sure that you're eating at least three meals a day. Also try and get as many carbohydrates in your diet as possible through ceral, pasta, rice, fruits, vegetables etc. Make sure that you're eating plenty of protein aswell; steak, nuts, low fat milk for example. Try to make what your eating and drinking more carolific, for example have grape juice instead of orange juice, drink your coffee with milk, have an extra spoonful of rice when serving, that sort of thing.
