I diddnt get much sleep she slept in my room last night, i just kept looking at her, it was hard to resit the urge to look at her and make sure shes okay.

If that doesn't work, or you find the symptoms getting worse, do tell your doctor. There are huge hormonal swings after childbirth which are known to cause sizable emotional reaction sin some moms. Your symptoms might be the result of that, and your doc can assess and treat them if they are.

I dont have contact anymore with my mother, but my grandparents do help me
I will go to my doctor and see if he recomends anything, thankyou xx
