Default Losing Stomach Fat

Now, I'm not saying I'm overly fat. I'm like 140 pounds I think, but I just wish that would be muscle, and I would have a flat chest and stomach. Does anyone have any tips to help me? I'm not going for the whole "get skinny fast" thing. I want to have a flat stomach by my 18th birthday in 11 months, so I can do some.... modelling. If anyone has some links, tips, feel free to post or message me to help me out! Thanks!

Do you have a gym/fitness center near you? They usually have machines that help you tone your abs, I would check that out.

I'm living in Canada and I ran the whole winter Or almost.
This time of the year is the best actually, cause you wont get too cold or too hot.
The streets are looking good, there is no ice on it, so it's perfect.

And running is actually of the best thing to do to lose a little weight and to lose stomach fat. Go run with friends for about 30 minutes to 1 hours 3 times a week.
An in 3-4 weeks, you'll already see the différence.
If you go with friends, you'll be more motivated and it will be fun!
But if you don't like running, theres is many other thing you can do always, just ask me

Unfortunately you can't spot train, you would need to lower your overall body fat instead. You can do all the abs you want, but all that would do is get your stomach look bigger. The best thing is to do some cardio like mentioned above. Eat right and exercise

You can't do spot fat removal, fat just removes itself gradually if you train well. Cardio equipment would be most useful if your going to a gym i think, and if you are why not train your arms and legs if your looking for something free, things such as step ups on the bottom step of yours stairs should work to help lose fat, but i doubt it would be very effective :/

EDIT: Capitan beat me to it!

You can't spot train.
To lose fat in one area, you have to lose it all over and cardio is your best bet.
Also, be strict with your diet.
3500 calories is equal to 1lb so the more junk you cut out and the more you burn, the more you lose.
It's easy.
