Ok, so the past 2 weeks I realized I have a hard disk under my left nipple and only under my left nipple. It husts and makes my nipples apear difrent sizes. In addition my friend punched me today and hit my nipple and now it hurts and is very sore. First of all what is this???? Secondly what can I do to get rid of it? Uh, and lastly does anyone else have this?

I'm a chick, so that sounds stupid but i got.. well.. bigger breasts haha, so i don't really know how a nipple feels flat to the chest. But, like you said it's only one. so id definitely tell your mom or dad, and see what they say, probably a doctor.

However the problem is I don't really want to tell my parents because it is embarasing and if I could just get a pill or something I would rather do that behind they're back then go to a doctor.
Just trust me, it isn't even that big of a deal. it's not even like your a chick and have actual boobs. You've just got a chest with some nipple decorations, lmao. It won't be that embarrassing. and anyways, if it is something serious, wouldn't you want them to know before you have a hugeass lump of cancer growing and making a one-boob chest?

it's just part of puberty which at your age is also completely normal;expected even. Your body produces testosterone (male hormone) and when it has large spikes your body releases a spike of estrogen (female hormones) to even it out a little which causes the disk like hardness.
Edit: also, if it's only in one nipple, it might just be inflamed.
Either way, A doctor visit wouldn't hurt.
