Well then there's probably nothing wrong with you, physically, that is. Probably. I mean if it's just a feeling but you have no symptoms or anything to back it up, I seriously doubt you have a physical problem. If it were a virus or anything, there would be symptoms from your body trying to fight off the infection.
Okay then, how's your life? Everything going good/bad? Has something changed recently? Did this feeling come out of nowhere? It could all be mental.
To be perfectly honest, I think it's all in your head. Everyone is different, everyone. You're no more abnormal than the next person, without symptoms, it's doubtful you have a virus or infection.
Just because you believe or think you're sick or unwell, doesn't mean you are.
