Default I think... I just got over an EDNOS

Right, I typed this all out and this is more of a blog sort of thing than a post, but I don't know I just want to share it with people, 'cause I'm excited about it.

I think I did it. Just now. I'm pretty sure. I ate some pretty high calorie coconut and yoghurt snacks, felt bad... but then I stopped feeling bad I dunno abgghjk,fd but I feel different, and I don't know if it's going to work, but I'm just not going to weigh myself tomorrow morning, or other mornings, I'm sat here eating a bowl of ice cream willingly that I actually decided to do (it wasn't just accidental binging or anything, I actually decided "I will eat three scoops of ice cream") with another coconut thing and a digestive biscuit. I'm not even going to look at the scales tomorrow so I won't have to feel disgusting if I HAVE gone up in weight and maybe if I do this I can stop my body being in starvation mode and start eating normally oh god I so want that to happen.

I just hope I don't just shoot up in weight again. How long does it take for the body to stop thinking it's starving?

I hope this works. No more obsessing over calories, no more obsessive exercising. This is so good.

I'm just exceptionally pleased that I've managed to get over it all. Like, today, I didn't even weigh myself this morning, I didn't obsessively exercise, I've had a full meal and actually felt full for the first time in months. I'm so happy that I'm free of it.
