Hi, i've recently been giving some thought about it and i think i might be addicted to masturbating.
Usually i masturbate once a day 99% of the days of the week.
The problem is, i never had wet dreams and i've also been kinda depressed cuz i theres stuff about my body that i dont like, so it would mean a lot to me if you tell me how to increase the chance of wet dreams.
Also do you know anyway to masturbate less?
some people just do it a lot. i do it once a day almost everyday,
if you dont wanna do it as much then try to avoid things that make you wanna do it.
i dont know about the wet dream thing :/

Wet dreams are great and they are a natural release, but so is masturbation. There is no reason to view getting off privately as a bad thing, even if you do it every day.
Masturbation is normal and shouldnt be viewed as a negative action or in any way unnatural. in fact it has been proven in scientific studies that masturbation helps to prevent prostate cancer in men due to the release of old built up liquids so the new ones can then be made. it also expels any harmful carcinogens, chemicals, and other such things that might be building up which is the cause of cancerous tissue in the first place. so you can do yourself a favor and masturbate for your health every so often.
Masturbation can be negative in only one way. when masturbation starts to completely take over your life and becomes a hinderence on any other activities that you would normally be doing, then that is when masturbation is bad for you. You masturbate once a day, so it's completely healthy.

I do it every day.. But be warned, mix it up or it will be boring. Wet dreams are a release, this is true. But I prefer getting off. No need to cut it. It isn't making you more depressed.
