I'm healthy, I've asked my doctor but everything seems normal. But I see people my age, their bodies look more developed than mine. Is it possible i'm still not done growing or developing? And what can I do to continue growing and develop naturally? I play basketball, swim, and just started lifting weights, so its not like i'm sitting in the house doing nothing.
I've heard people say that some of their relatives went to college or the army and grew like 3 to 6 inches, i'm just hoping I could be one of them.

You can definitely grow more. I have always been very small for my age. I was under 5'0" up until I was 14. But, in one calender year, from January 2010 to December 2010, I grew 8-9 inches. I am currently some where between 5'8" and 5'10".
