Anybody else have friend\family that walk or talk in their sleep?
I kinda wonder if it runs in the family because my granddad talks in his sleep and my sister talks in her sleep.
its funny when they do because its a one side conversation as if they are talking on the phone. they say something, then wait for the other person to talk, then they say something. Here is something my sister said while sleeping two nights ago:
"Some times Pink, but then I change my mind, so times Blue"
[5 second pause]
"If Joey goes, I'll wear blue because he likes my blue bathing suit"
[10 second pause]
"Emily i think"
[3 second pause]
"mom says i can't have a boyfriend yet, but she can't stop me from liking them"
[20 second pause] [giggles, giggles and giggles about something]
[10 second pause]
"Maybe.... i'll ask mom"
when she was a lot younger she would have dreams where she talked to her stuff animals all the times like they were really people. Dad even has some on video tape.
She also would walk in her sleep. It was like she was awake, her eyes were open, but she talking to invisible people and say funny things that made no sense at all, like she was getting ready to flying because she was a fairy.
i talk occasionally.. my sister is horrible though, well not so bad anymore. but she used to actually take showers in her sleep.
my sister had gotten something to eat while sleep walking. its almost like she is awake, but she acts different so we can tell. if we wake her up, she kinda disoriented and wonders what's going on.

That's funny that your sister gets like that. My sister is only 11. One way we can tell is because when she is awake she always talking about something; she a chatty Kathy, but when she is sleep walking she does really talk too much unless its is invisible people or her stuffed animals...lol.
and of course in the morning she never remembers anything.
I used to talk in my sleep quite a bit. My mum would tell me the things I said and I never remembered them
When I was really little, my grandma used to have a speaker and I was scared of it. I called it the Henth - I don't know why. Then when I was younger (Quite a bit older than when I was scared of the speaker) apparently I had come into my mum's bedroom and was talking to her empty bed, saying things like "Mum, I can't do this homework. It's too hard." Then my mum heard me and went to take me back to bed. She asked me if I needed the toilet, I said yes. Then when I was on the toilet, I said "Mum, is the Henth real?" Haha, and I don't think I even remembered that. My mum always said that when I talked during my sleep it was really freaky because my eyes looked so wide and awake but I was still half asleep. I don't do it anymore though

twice i have managed to lock myself out of hotel rooms in my sleep. I just woke up in the corridor, once on the wrong floor...
apparently i talk in my sleep a lot too
I apparently talk in my sleep. When I was younger, people could understand what I was saying (according to my friend, I once said "give me back my Snickers bar"), but in the past few years people have said that I still talk in my sleep, but what I'm saying isn't clear. I've also sang in my sleep, and I've woken up laughing on several occasions.
I don't sleep walk, at least that I know of.
She wants to break free, like a runaway
Try to believe, gonna find a way
