Or know anyone who has? I was just wondering, because I think I have it. I've been twitching continuously for more than 3 years, and I've been thinking about going to the doctor about it. I know I should have gone a lot earlier, but yeah..

My boyfriend has little twitchy moments, but mostly just turns it into drumming on things (cause he's a drummer). He jokes about it being tourettes, but I'm not sure if he's always really joking..don't want to ask though >_<

Hmm, it's really hard to ask people things like that >_<
I really need to go to the doctors about it and see if I actually have it..

Being twitchy can easily come from ADHD. So, there's no way of knowing unless you go to a doctor. My guess, since you have no other symptoms would be that it's just ADHD.
From joy to sorrow, yesterday to tomorrow, you've been there. Friends like you are rare, your touch is so gentle,
You're my guardian angel.
Like a blossoming flower spreading your wings in grace, filling my heart with power
by feeling your embrace.
Wherever the wind may blow, we will overcome this war, in times happy or sore, I will never let you go.
With a gentle warm heart and a will of stone, We'll never be apart, You'll never be alone. - John <3

It's not really just being twitchy. I have tics in multiple parts of my body and face which usually change every so often, and occasionally I start sniffing. I don't think I have ADHD.
