When you take a bath , you can open it (get the head out ) and clean it well.. When you Pee , and then put your penis in , it gets a smell Indeed .. Just wash it ... Ahh and after masturbation washing it would be wise.
just take care of it.. its normal smelling though cos you pee from that.. Your pee Smells doesnt it?

Hooray! Make sure you shake off after you pee. You reaaaallly gotta wash it well in the bath where the water is standing and not just brushing up against your junk
If you're uncircumcised just make sure you wash between and inside the extra skin. Also, you might want to trim/shave pubes if you don't already. I noticed that when I played sports and got sweaty before I started trimming a rather peculiar smell formed. But it's gone now. And make sure you thoroughly wash your private area with soap every shower if you don't already
Idk. If smell is the only symptom I wouldn't worry too much atm. Of course if u feel like it u should tell ur parents or a doctor but maybe u just use mild soap or u sweat alot (hormones and sweat glands are stinky lol) or maybe ur just hypersensitive to the smell (my best guess). I run twice a day and know that sweat can sweat alot there (especially before I ever trimmed my pubes, sweat would just collect on my pubes lol, then when I shaved it all off it seemed i sweated more, so now i just trim ftw ;p) plus I use regular soap plus nice smelling shampoo down there and my dick (and gf) likes it lol. Again, if smell is the only problem i wouldnt worry about it but if there are other problems check it out asap imo.
edit: oh ya, I forgot about guys with hoodies lol, well if u have one of them then idk what to say, what pokemon said i guess lol.
I do have one thing to add though...Have you tried other shower gels or soap? You may have a slight allergy to the soap, maybe the pH balance in the soap is too high for your skin?
