i know this is stupid and can really mess me and you up if you decide to help me but i wanna do this...starve...not completly cut off food but slowly eat less in less starting with something like say no junk food..nothing else is working for me plz someone i cant do this alone i know it can hurt me and you but pls if nothing else works for you then do this with me just one person to help me no matter where you are all we need is to talk just be there to support each other plz....message me if you really wanna do this and think you can withstand it...im 15 and desperate to change
You do realize the less your body eats (under the amount nessiscary to be healthy and provide for your body well) the more fats it actually self makes to live off off? So by starving yourself you're actually making yourself fatter, sure, you lose a few pounds at the start but it won't stay that way, you will gain.
Eat healthy amounts of healthy foods, and exercise. Other things like stress or depression can keep your body from losing weight, I have bad depression and even with healthy eating and walking six miles a day everyday for a summer, i lost nothing. So, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, eat good amounts, and exercise. If that doesn't work, ask your parents about seeing a doctor and he can more specifiably help you and your needs.

There, now that thats done, let me explain why the fuck it is not good to diet. First, fad diets don't work. I think it was something like .5% of diets work. So, that doesn't work. Kate's right. Exercise and a healthy diet are the way to go. That way, you develop healthy habits for the present, and the future.

Starving yourself is NOT good. Allowing yourself to have that mindset is even worse, it leads to anorexia. And, that is SERIOUS. It's not easily fixed or helped or cured like other things. If you're a dancer, you will work it off. Dancing is great exercise and weight lose so don't worry about what you eat as much or how much you eat, just eat healthy.
1. If you want to be skinny, starving will make you have MORE fat.
2. You will only appear skinnier because you are losing muscle mass
3. You will become frail and weak
4. Your liver and immune system will shut down
5. You will die.
