I definitely know how to be happy, only problem is that I have trouble sticking with that feeling. How do I, well not always but for most of the time, be happy?
Thank you....

To move on is to grow, yet we can barely accomplish either on our own. We know the way to go, yet we follow those with their eyes closed.
Is it something in particular that's getting you down?
It could just be the usual teenage angst, if it's negative thoughts bringing you out of your good mood, then reject them.
Just think, "No, I'm not going to think like that" and reject it from your head.
Keep positive and try to stay optimistic.
It's all about your mindset really, keep looking on the bright side!

The fact is you have a choice to either be happy or be unhappy. You choose which one you will be. Unhappiness is stifling and will rob you of your incentive. It is like quicksand, always wanting to pull you down! Happiness is just the opposite. It will produce positive thoughts and inventive ideas. When one is happy, everything is moving forward whether it is actually visible or not.
All sounds very corny, doesn't it?
Chocolate. Chocolate and Ice Cream.
Throw some hot chocolate in there and your sorted.
It might just be something to do with your lifestyle that's making you feel down though.
Try doing some form of regular exercise, eating fairly healthily and try to avoid foods that will throwing your sugar levels up and down. This can cause pretty bad mood swings sometimes.
Unless it's something serious, it's probably just part of being a teenager.
Mood swings. We all get them

You can't force yourself to feel genuinely happy. You will be happy when you're made happy I'm sure. I'd suggest doing things you enjoy and that make you happy. Nobody is happy all the time
There is no way to force yourself to be happy. However, there are many ways to make yourself happy.
We all have problems, and some of them can drain all of us. Indeed, this is a reason why most of us just can't be happy, no matter how much we try. But, it is possible. Hapiness is psychological, so your mindset towards life in general determines greatly how happy you can be. Positivety in this is key.
To be happy, you need to live in the moment. I don't mean you should forget the past, quite the reverse, you should enjoy the memories you created in the past, and learn from it. You should have an optimist point of view when you look at the future, don't rush into it but be curious about it. And most of all, make the most of where you are.
A lot of people can't be happy because of life nowadays is so full of responsibilities and so complex that we forget to enjoy the simple things in it. Maybe you like to drink hot coffee in the morning, so, enjoy how tasty and warm it is in the morning.
There is a rainbow in the sky. Gaze upon it, and look at how strange it is, so many clear colours in a blue sky that seem unatural and amazing. Look around you and look at how everything is beautiful in its own way if you look at the beauty of it. It's everywhere.
What activities do you enjoy doing the most? Sports? Writing? Drawing? Then go do them. It doesn't matter how many responsibilities or how drained you are at this moment in your life, you should never give up on doing the things you like. Enjoy every moment of them, let yourself relax.
Enjoy the company of others. I don't mean forcing yourself to socialize, but look at what's best in the people you are with. If you love them, tell them you love them, do not leave things unsaid, telling people how much they mean to us is good for the soul, both theirs and ours. If you want to hug them, hug them. If you want to give them a kiss, kiss them.
Nothing stops you from being totally random, just plain happy and doing what you like. It's just a matter of making the most of where you are.
Of course, everyone is different and we all have different things that make us happy. You just need to find what makes you happy, and do it. The good feeling will last as long as you let it last.
"If I do good, people might accuse me of selfish, ulterior motives, but I will still do it. Because I believe no one is malicious, not in their core, in their raw being.
The best in them is clouded by sorrows and fears, take those away and you'll bring out the brightest of lights in them.
Because no one can be happy without being kind, without giving ourselves to another, and we all love to give ourselves, it is our true nature.
That is why, even if I might get disappointed, I'll always give the best I've got. A single candle can light a thousand others and still burn." - Skezra
"A toothache, or a violent passion, is not necessarily diminished by our knowledge of its causes, its character, its importance or insignificance".- T.S. Eliot
