Well I always here shit in my house like someone is there and they aren't It's pretty stupid. I here it when I'm home alone and when my parents are asleep. It freaks me out and is heaps annoying. Any tips to relax my mind and stuff to stop hearing it?

Why don't you listen to some music before you sleep?

Well, it seems to me those are just the natural noises, absolutely nothing to be afraid of. It could come from the house itself or the immediate surroundings.

If you are scared of ghosts, then arm yourself with a Cross and a flashlight.
If you are scared of armed entry or the like, arm yourself with a Rape whistle, and a Cross ( For Stabbing and Throwing).


I know, it sounds like I'm joking, but unless you can expand upon what EXACTLY you're afraid of, I can't help you.

I have a hammer next to my bed, and if someone breaks in i will kill them lmao.

Nah Brah, don't keep any deadly objects with you, guns especially. In case it's your family sleep-walking or just checking up on you, you could endanger them as well. Also, infiltrators can use it against you.
