Okay, I'm on Day 7 of my diet!!
Slipped up only once for an egg mcmuffin from Mcdonalds on my 3rd day.
So far I have lost
5lbs, I'm never hungry,my energy levels are not effected whatsoever and I love the options I have for meals.
According to the book, I'm right on track and by next week, I should be about another 5lbs down!!
Also, I realized that I'm burning off all the calories I'm consuming with just my daily exercise alone. This doesn't include the 1500ish calories my body naturally burns anyway and I don't even feel like I'm exercising.
I just go to work, I work a fairly physical job and then I come home and take the dog for a 30-40 minute walk.
Easy peasy.
60lbs more to go.
Also; Edit; I started on the 29th, not the 27th. I ended up getting the stomach flu that day so that delayed things.
