Hell yeah! lol I even fell off the wagon for three of those days!

I also got several comments today that i look like I've already lost several inches around my mid section!

So excited.


I'm going to start posting my recipes on my blog too

I'm following the 17 Day Diet designed by Dr. Mike Moreno.

The best thing is that it's not actually very hard to stick to at all, and I'm never hungry because you eat a lot.
