Okay, first of all, I would like to say I'm already in pretty good shape. I'm not fat at all. I have a lot of muscle. However, when it comes to my stomach, all I have is a two-pack. The lower abs are impossible for me to get haha. I have done ab exercises for around 3 months now and only have the two-pack. I'm fully aware that it requires cardio too to reduce the body-fat percentage. However, I had an idea.
I know someone that lost around 10 pounds in about a week and a half because she didn't eat. I know this isn't something to be playing with, because anoerxia is a very dangerous disease. However, I feel that I ALREADY have a six-pack, it's just hidden under body fat. So I feel if I just go on a short-burst of not eating, I'll stop as soon as I get the six-pack.
I'm truly aware of the dangers I'm getting myself into. I'm not really asking whether or not I should do it. I'm asking that if this is a realistic possibility that If I lost the body fat layering my stomach, it will show the six-pack?
Ontopic, don't quit eating. It won't help and possibly mess you up more then you'd like.
Plus, why is is so important to have 6 packs? You don't die if you don't see all six of them...

When you run out of protein from starving yourself, your body takes it takes from the muscles. You'll get smaller if u starve yourself
To OP: im on my pay to a six pack. I have a two pack easy and small cuts of a six pack. If u cant develop farther it means youve plateaud and need to up the intensity and do different stretches

Thank you for all the replies. When your body goes into starvation, you're right, every time you DO eat, it will go directly to fat, because your body doesn't understand why it's going through that. However, when your body goes into starvation, it goes into your fat storage first, then to your muscles.
Not a good idea, you should do some fat loss training and such and eat "healthy" food. Seems you don't have a high burning rate as I do which means u will have to work a lil. extra. Eat normally and healthy and train "more". That's all there is to a six pack.

WRONG, sorry bro.
Also, what ab things are you doing?
Quick six pack? DOesn't exist unless you go through painful plastic surgery. Work out, eat right for months that is how you get a six pack. I've been doing that since November of last year, and it is just finally starting to show. PROTEIN SHAKES.
I have a six pack. Basically all you need to do is eat right. Cut the soda and drink straight water. Then make sure you aren't doing 100 reps of crunches every night. Your abs are like every other muscle and will grow if you do about 10 reps of weighted crunches or hanging leg raises. about 3 sets of each abs exercise once a week, twice maximum.
