Do any of you keep a workout plan do to on a basis? Whether daily or weekly
I just made one for myself today,; I[ probably should wait a few days to say that because who knows I might not keep it. But life is too long to wait. I have a muscle disorder which means my exercise is very limited. So I lift ten pounders 60 times, taking a break every ten reps. I do the same thing with situps. I put the weights on my feet so I dont need anyone holding them down. I really should be stretching my hamstrings more, but for some reason its been hurting to do that. I sometimes repeat the whole thing after at least 90 minutes. But I wont do it at night
I run three times a week and have PE 5 days a week.

Everyday as soon as I get home I do 30 laps in the pool, I than go to the gym inside my house, and do various forms of weight lifting such as presses, pulls, curling.
i have basketball practices or games teusday, friday, wednesday, sometimes thursday and saturday. I go to the gym on saturday and sunday..do weight lifting, cardio, etc. and sunday i practice karate
