There are various reasons why we get these injuries.
According to what's explained in Western Medical Science, we usually get these "unexplained" injuries during sleep, because most of our nerve system is "shut down" and our unconscious is dominant. Just as much as we might not hear most noises when sleeping, or smell anything when sleeping, we don't physically feel everything when sleeping. Different people vary in what they feel the most and what they feel less during sleep, because there are a lot of variants connected to the brain, and there are no identical brains. The shape of these bruises are usually the same as the one that came before because we usually sleep in the same place, and we move in exact or similar ways every time we sleep (depending on our state of mind), so we get hurt in the exact same or simlar way.

This also happens during the day when we're awake and distracted, when we are very focused on something and our sensor system is "ignored" by our concious, and so we get a wound or a bruise that we only notice a certain time later, although the sleep bruises are more frequent. It also depends on how much a person moves during sleep, which also varies.

It is an uncertain science (because there are a lot of variants involved), but that is the current explanation.

"If I do good, people might accuse me of selfish, ulterior motives, but I will still do it. Because I believe no one is malicious, not in their core, in their raw being.
The best in them is clouded by sorrows and fears, take those away and you'll bring out the brightest of lights in them.
Because no one can be happy without being kind, without giving ourselves to another, and we all love to give ourselves, it is our true nature.
That is why, even if I might get disappointed, I'll always give the best I've got. A single candle can light a thousand others and still burn."

It's not unexplained lol... Your bad back is because of your bed, your bed which isn't even a bed. So it make sense.

but i ALWAYS sprain my wrist in my sleep. I sprain my wrist like every other day, in sleep, or just with the stupidest things -.-

From joy to sorrow, yesterday to tomorrow, you've been there. Friends like you are rare, your touch is so gentle,
You're my guardian angel.
Like a blossoming flower spreading your wings in grace, filling my heart with power
by feeling your embrace.

Wherever the wind may blow, we will overcome this war, in times happy or sore, I will never let you go.
With a gentle warm heart and a will of stone, We'll never be apart, You'll never be alone. - John <3
