Default Waking up sore

Well as you guys know, I am pretty active with field-hockey and stuff.. It's been months since I've been sore from a work out. Every time I did get sore, it would be before I stretched to end a work out. This morning I woke up super sore. My back has been hurting for a few weeks but its my arms and abs that are sore. Be mindful that my last workout was on Monday... And I had nothing but school yesterday. This happens often and I just want to know if I'm doing crunches and push ups in my sleep xD.. Oh and I know how to treat soreness, I just want to know what's causing it.

OH! And I haven't done anything new on Monday. No new tricks, no extra dives.. No extra falls -_-

It happens to me as well, especially when I was very active. In fact, it has been a year since i was really active & my shoulders still randomly start hurting.I agree with the statement above... it could be from just sleeping in a weird position.

Could be a bad bed, could be your menstrual cycle, it could be you being stressed or worried of things. It really could be anything, just try to relax yourself more, take hot showers to take the tension out of your back etc. Try reading every night before bed. This is why it works for kids going to bed cause it gives your mind and body time to chill and get adjusted that it's bed time. You often sleep better when you work yourself down to go to bed rather then your mind running crazy all day stressing and trying to go to bed right away, you're still thinking then before bed and often effects how you sleep.

From joy to sorrow, yesterday to tomorrow, you've been there. Friends like you are rare, your touch is so gentle,
You're my guardian angel.
Like a blossoming flower spreading your wings in grace, filling my heart with power
by feeling your embrace.

Wherever the wind may blow, we will overcome this war, in times happy or sore, I will never let you go.
With a gentle warm heart and a will of stone, We'll never be apart, You'll never be alone. - John <3
