Okay so what pisses me off is how my tooth doesn't hurt the whole day 'till I'm laying in bed trying to fall asleep, then the pain kicks in all at once. Why is it that the tooth pain comes at night?? And do you guys have any at-home remedies I can do to relieve it?

That used to happen to me too!! carnation would reduce the pain..just chew one and leave it on top of the tooth!! but to completely stop the pain you need to go to the dentist!!

Can you see a cavity or is it just pain? do you brush your teeth before sleeping? maybe with the toothbrush you're touching a sensitive area.

No I see no cavity my tooth is white on the outside. And sometimes I brush them at night sometimes I leave 'em 'till morning, however even when I don't brush them I can feel that throbbing pain >.<.

You could have a cracked tooth, go to the dentist.

Go to the dentist, you might need a filling or something.

Start brushing your teeth, not only will it smell better but this won't happen anymore.
