Is this bad?
I usually work out at the gym 4 or 5 times a week, I go by my personal regime that my fitness instructor made. Recently, and I mean in the last week, I haven't really been hungry so I haven't eaten as much. Today I only had a small bowl of cereal and when I went to the gym I felt faint and really tired really easily, now I know it's obvious that I need more energy, but is it really damaging to my body to work out on an empty stomach?
