Let me Tell you what i normally eat every day :

Morning , i eat at school ... Hmm at 10 AM ? ... A Sandwitch , Sometimes i buy a pepsi Or some chocolates if im So Hungry , i have catched my self taking 2 sandwitches many times cos i was hungry (and when im holding money i cant go back home without spening them :| "

Then I normally Cook when i go back to Home or if mum has something i wait for her till she comes from work at 3 PM ... so we eat (if im very hungry i eat before) ... So The second meal is then . (I dont eat much i admit.)

Then i will eat again at night (Normally i eat 2-3 Toasts [Ham-cheese] , or a Pizza) .. I eat a lot at night

When i go Out aswell , i eat a LOT

So in conclusion i eat lots of "Shit" stuff -_-

( I walk at school , have PE at school twice a week )

The Rest day im a lazy potatoe..

Sounds a bit right (maybe a little less than most of my friends) Sounds like you don't eat a big 2nd meal (lunch)

It's very difficult to say what i eat daily bc it changes so much ... and I admit i am not perfect, sometimes I dont anything all day and sometimes I eat like over a whole pizza lol. But here is my "AVERAGE" meals:
Breakfast: 2 bowls of ceral, usually raisin bran, and a piece of toast with peanut butter
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, orange, 4 oreos.
After workout: Chocolate milk and a protein bar
Dinner: Chicken breast or steak or ham or some meat, some veggies, some roll
Dessert: bowl of ice cream

I eat a lot but I workout 1-2 times a day.
