Hello there people , I remember my self before Summer , i had my kilos and i kind of wanted to lose weight , because i didnt like that fact [ The truth is , That i had a lot more weight a year ago. and was slightly loosing Weight ] .. So in Summer i was loosing weight , and Now i am becoming a Skinny (actually i am) .. I've lost so much weight (Truth i wanted to ) But i kind of am Scared now , i mean i eat so much and cant re-gain some Weight , My friends are like " You have become incredibly skinny" and im like "0_0 umm.... " To be honest , my friends were all like " All you need is some Gym . and the weight will become muscles" but i kind of ignored them and lost that weight -_- now i can see what they meant .
So , im eating but nuthin -_- i keep loosing , and believe me im a lover of Food , but it wotn work and im a lil scared ..
Any help? :/

I was gonna wait til more people chimed in to help, then to say this useless comment, but life is too long to wait.
It's funny how people who are praying so hard to lose weight, and it takes them several months to burn it. And when they eat more, they gain more. Fast.
But while us rare people who are nagging to GAIN weight, it's taking me years for me to get thicker, but I just can't.. And I can work out ONCE, and boom I'll lose 5 lbs.
Well there are some people who just can't gain wait. Period. Especially teen age boys. Metabolism is just WAYYY to high and shit. But the weird thing is you say that you once had a weight problem. So this is weird that you can't go back to adding weight or staying at a healthy weight.
Generally speaking weight is a simple thing .... calories in and calories out. Period. If you want to lose weight, take in (eat) less calories than you burn daily. If you want to gain weight eat more calories than you burn. the hard part is finding how much you burn daily. There are websites that will tell you how much calories running, walking, swimming, etc burns per minute/hour. But then you also have to take in to account, do you walk to school or drive? Do you go home and sit or go to the malland walk around. You have to count all the calories you burn during the day. Maybe you are burning more than you think. Plus people burn calories just sitting, sleeping, etc. this is metabolism. Skinny people tend to have a very high metabolism and fat people often have a slow metabolism. It's possible to speed up a slow metabolism but I haven't heard of how to slow it down. i am sure it's possible with risky stuff like drugs and stopping all activity but I wouldnt suggest either. I would just suggest taking in alot of calories like in protein shakes and high calorie foods.
yes i've been told by friend that i have obviously a high metavolism , but i hadnt that back then , it just happens now :/ , and i dont move a lot im a Lazy potatoe ... Anyway i'll try to eat more calories Thanks for the advice

Eat foods high in protein and then do some pushups and crunches and stuff like that. Also, make sure you eat 500 calories (approximately) over your daily calorie intake and in theory, you should gain weight at a nice rate.
I understand dude my metabolism is incredibly high, at one point I was at 100 lbs a few weeks ago, but I have been eating like 7000 calories a day and working out and have put on 15 lbs.
I often don't have a rhyme or reason, only a rhythm.
