I haven't had a fizzy drink for agessss, To be honest really fizzy drinks like coco-cola sizzle my tongue and merely rub salt in the wound after a spicey meal....Ouch.

I hardly ever drink soda. Don't even like it that much. Have it about once a month on average probably.

I'm so addicted to soda lol. I have stopped drinking soda for periods of time
but I always go back to it.

In the past year I've had maybe two cans of soda, I quit it because I'm really conscious about my skin care.

I really don't like soda. I never drink it. :3

I drink maybe two cans of soda a week. I dunno. I have no issue w/drinking it, and I don't feel any positive or negative effects.

Meh. I've started drinking soda again.

I'm going at it from a new angle though. Rather than quit cold turkey... we'll attempt to consume in moderation. Rather than 4-5 cans a day.... 3-4 cans a week. Slowly going down...

I couldn't do it. I have a mental addiction to it. I've cut back recently but It helps me keep off caffeine pills and such things like that. And it tastes good. I drink a lot of tea too but not nearly as much as I do pop.

Yes but not forever

I actually don't usually drink much soda at home 'cause I prefer squash, but on school days I have a can a day for lunch. I don't think that it would be a problem for me to stop drinking it, though. Good luck with quitting, and well done!
