Every herb with strong phytoestrogens contain different types of phytoestrogens. Basically you have to figure out what works for you. By reading this you can see that Pueraria Mirifica has the same phytoestrogens and soy plus more. So if PM didn't work for you in breast enhancement then Soy extracts won't either. Then you could try Red Clover instead because it contains pratensein and irilone which PM do not have. Each persons body is different and you have to give each strong phytoestrogen a chance before saying it doesn't work for you, if it doesn't, move on to another to see if it works!!!!!

Pueraria Mirifica
The main phytoestrogen in PM is "miroestrol" which is a estrogenic phenol. The others are deoxymiroestrol, daidzein, genistin, genistein, B-Sitosterol, stigmasterol, coumestrol, pueraria, campesterol. PM is supposedly 100 times stronger than Red Clover and 3,000 times stronger than Soy

Soy Isoflavones
Soybeans or the soy Isoflavones in Soybeans is genistein and daidzein.

#1 Do Herbal Combination Pills Work (Fake Name Example: "Booty Plumper")?
There are many pills on the internet for things like butt-growth, boob-growth, cellulite, weight loss, etc. These can be very promising to you but know that most of the claims are false so don't fall into their marketing traps. There is a butt-growth pill that contains many herbs all in one pill. What this pill doesn't take into consideration is thatevery woman's hormones are different and that taking a phytoestrogen, an aromatase, an anti-androgen, a adaptogen, and other things all at once are not going to work for every woman.
These combination pills have the highest chance of working if your hormones are already balanced before using them. If you have excess estrogen for example taking a combination herbal pill for your breasts or butt might contribute to the excess estrogen or nothing will be effected because your estrogen is over powering all of the herbs in that pill.
These pill combinations are usually outdated when it comes to new research about boob and butt-growing herbs. Many of them do not contain aguaje or pueraria mirifica or a high amount of fenugreek which are the most popular choice herbs. These pill combinations also have very little of each ingredient in them. For breast growth, many women like to take 3,000 milligrams of fenugreek everyday with about 500 milligrams of wild yam and 320 milligrams of concentrated Saw Palmetto. That equals to 3,820 milligrams of herbs. Many of these butt and breast-enhancement pills tell you to take one or two pills a day of 500 milligrams (so you are taking in 500-1,000 milligrams) and they contain anywhere between five to fifteen different herbs in them. This means you are only getting about 33 (minimum) to 200 (maximum) of each herb. This simply is not enough of each herb to give you results. Not only that you are getting herbs you might not need and that might be counter-productive to your specific body's needs.




#2 Do Boob and Butt Creams Work (Example Fake Name: Big Melons Cream)?
It depends, these are trial and error and you can avoid getting ripped off by doing a bit of research. Short answer: if they have the correct herbs that match with what your body needs they will work if they don't they can be counter-productive.
For example if you are estrogen dominant and you use a cream that contains the strong phytoestrogen pueraria mirifica (or aguaje / buriti) that cream will be counter-productive for you. When you have excess estrogen or are estrogen dominant you need an aromatase to bring those levels back down. If you add more estrogen to yourself it can transform into testosterone and testosterone burns fat. Many times I have heard women say that a boob or butt cream has made their butt shrink instead of grow. This is usually because the strong phytoestrogens are reversing on them, literally making the cream a fat burner instead of a fat storer!
Some of the ingredients and herbs in these creams are completely useless to use topically (skin application) because in order for them to work they must be processed through some of the organs in your body to be made useful.
For example maca is a precursor to DHEA but maca must be processed through the adrenal glands in order to produce more DHEA. The DHEA-making properties of maca is the reason why women take it for their hourglass figure goals. If you apply maca to your skin it is useless because it will not activate your fat cells or muscle cells because the herb itself does not have DHEA in it but it helps make DHEA when it is processed through your adrenal glands.
Aguaje, pueraria mirifica, fenugreek, and other phytoestrogens will work because the herb itself has the phytoestrogens in it and those do not need to be processed by any of your organs. These phytoestrogens can penetrate directly into your fat cells and effect their fat-storing properties.
Saw Palmetto and spearmint will work topically because it can directly block androgens or be processed through the adrenal glands when taken as a supplement. Emu oil will work topically when combined with a phytoestrogen to be the fat that is stored by the phytoestrogen. Zhi Mu extract will work topically to make your fat cells want to store more fat is a matter of fact it has a completely different effect when taken internally. Zhi Mu (or also known as Volufiline) only works for your hourglass figure when used topically.
Pretty much every herb will work topically except for herbs that need to be processed by your organs. Dandelion root helps the liver process hormones better. Using it topically will make your body use its diuretic properties so it will dehydrate that area and not cause growth. Dandelion root only helps will hourglass figure goals when taken internally.
Fish oil is something that I personally don't believe helps with adding fat to your butt, why?... Fish oil is known to the women on Breast Nexus as an "enemy" because it has a high amount of plant testosterones for an oil. Many women on Breast Nexus avoid fish oil when growing their boobs and choose a different essential fatty acid to take like flaxseed which contains phytoestrogens instead of plant testosterones. It is in my belief and research that using fish oil topically helps with butt growth but it does so because it gives your butt muscles testosterone to grow your muscles. Testosterone burns fat so applying fish oil to your butt might burn thefat off of your butt but increase your butt muscle size. When choosing fish oil topically for butt growth do your research on fish oil and it's hormones to decided if it is the approach you want to go with. Fish oil and a phytoestrogen in a cream might be counter-productive.


#3 Do Cellulite and Fat-Loss Creams Work?
Short answer: yes and no, it depends. The problem with cellulite is that it is fat that is trapped in-between your skin and your fat layer. It "sticks" to your skin and in-between your skin cells. Cellulite is caused by cell damage and the circulation to those cellulite fat cells and the rest of your body is very weak. The main approach to fighting cellulite is to repair your skin cells and veins to help transport the cellulite fat out of your body. This is done through a very clean diet (detox), dry skin brushing, and taking supplements to increase circulation and leg circulation. Many cellulite creams contain ingredients that are diuretics (water loss) so they temporarily make the appearance of your cellulite better but they do not get rid of it. If anything they are more damaging to your cellulite because strong hydration is needed to get rid of cellulite and riding that water is going to make it harder to get that water back into those cells for real repair.
Fat-loss creams and oils are usually the same way. For example there are "fat-burning" oil mixtures that contain juniper and geranium oil which are diuretics. Those will temporarily get rid of water retention but will do nothing for actual fat loss. Then common ingredients are rosemary, peppermint, cinnamon, and cayenne oil these increase circulation and can indirectly help with fat loss because it is helping the body circulate fat out of the body, but again it isn't breaking the fat off nor burning it, just transporting it. Cayenne works internally for fat loss because it helps burn more calories and block calories. Sage, lavender, and tea tree oil are also common in fat-burning oils and lotions but these are actually counter-productive to weight loss. These oils contain phytoestrogens and estrogen stores fat not burns it. It might work if you are estrogen dominant because then the phytoestrogen will transform into testosterone. In conclusion those essential oils will help circulation, get rid of excess water, and help keep your estrogen up which is counter-productive to weight loss. I can't tell you not to try it, but I do suggest doing your research before trying one.
Fat-loss lotions are always under debate too. From my personal experiences I think far and few of them work and those that do, do. They are not miracle workers, when I use a fat-burning lotion with aminophylline, yohimbe, safflower oil, and other things like that I experience a 12% more fat loss in those areas viruses areas where I don't use it. It depends on whether you think it is worth it to spend thirty to sixty dollars to lose 12% more fat in a specific area or not.
There are so many fat-burning and cellulite-reducing products out there so I say do extensive research about each ingredient and your body to see if it will work for you or not. Aminophylline is always under debate as to whether it is a diuretic or a genuine fat-burner so decide for yourself.
Ingredients I suggest: Aminophylline, yohimbe, safflower oil, CLA, coconut oil, cayenne, and forskohlii.


#4 Can You Grow More Than One Thing at Once (Example: Boobs and Butt)
Short answer: yes, but it can be complicated, adding fat to two places is easier, adding fat in one are and muscle in another can be very difficult. First off make sure your hormones have been balanced properly and make sure your balanced based off of a real hormone blood test and get another test when you think you have been balanced before you begin.
Some things you can grow at the same time and others you cannot. For example if you are trying to grow your breast tissue and grow your butt muscles at the same time that might not be possible or it will be hard. The reason for this is because in order to grow muscle you need a healthy dose of testosterone, androgens, DHEA, and other muscle-growing hormones. When you are naturally growing your breasts you need your hormones to be higher on the estrogen side and extra estrogen is counter-productive to muscle growth (this is why men grow bigger and better muscles because of their testosterone). Women usually do not get bulky because we simply do not have the testosterone levels that men have.
Our normal estrogen levels makes it harder to grow big muscles like men, so having more estrogen will make it even more difficult.
If you are trying to grow fat on your butt and boobs at the same time this is possible. This requires a high (but still healthy range) of estrogen in the body. A lot of the time, when growing your boobs or butt with phytoestrogens women often gain weight in places they don't like as well. When it comes to breast growth, or butt growth or both at the same time you must try your best to control where the fat is being added. The fact that you are adding strong estrogens to your body will help because women have strong estrogen receptors in their thighs, hips, butt, and boobs so taking a strong phytoestrogen will activate those areas to store fat.
It is a trial and error thing you have to first be in balance and then decide what herbs you want to take. Once you begin you have to monitor your results and your hormones constantly to make sure you are getting the results you want.
Things that will help to ensure that you are not going to add fat to places like your arms, stomach, and for some, legs is by also using a cream appropriate for your body and goals that contain phytoestrogens. This will activate the specific areas better to make sure the fat goes there. Then make sure to exercise the places where you don't want to store fat.
Corseting is a popular choice because is compresses your fat cells making it harder for them to want to store fat there. Using creams with your pills, a corset, and spot-exercising will help make sure you are adding in the places you want and not in the places you don't want.
In general when making your hourglass figure goals take into consideration the approach you are going for your growth. Are you trying to add size through muscle or fat? Adding fat and muscle to your butt at the same time is hard. You need calories for both muscle growth and fat-storage. Muscle growth requires more calories than fat-storage so if you are growing butt muscles they are going to use up all the calories to grow themselves leaving you with no calories to store fat on your butt, making those fat-storing phytoestrogens useless.
With your butt you can alternate, in which I suggest you get as much fat on your butt as you want first and then grow the muscles on your butt you want. The reason I suggest this is because getting fat off of your estrogen-storing areas (thighs, hips, butt, boobs) is hard once it is there. If you grow your muscles first your metabolism is high and then storing fat will be difficult.


#5 Can You Lose Weight and Grow Your Boobs or Butt at the Same Time?
Short answer: pretty much "no" it is very very difficult but not impossible. When it comes to growing your butt (muscle or fat-storing) you need extra calories to grow it, it cannot grow out of air, same with your boobs. In order to lose weight you need less calories to get rid of those stored calories in your fat. So as you can see your question is mostly answered already
The two are counter-productive. Your estrogen levels need to be higher than normal to store fat in your boobs and butt but estrogen stores fat and doesn't burn it so if you are trying to lose weight while taking a strong phytoestrogen your body will rebel and tell itself "I am in storing mode" so losing weight while on a strong phytoestrogen is hard (which is why diet pills usually have plant testosterones or aromatase which block estrogen instead of phytoestrogens).
What is possible is to maintain your breast and butt fat while losing weight. The best route to go, if you need to lose weight in some areas (stomach, legs, arms) and gain in others (boobs, butt, hips) it is best to gain the weight first and then lose the other weight. The reason for this is because once you have gained weight in your hips, butt, and boobs it is hard to get rid of. Women have strong estrogen receptors in their thighs, hips, butt, and boobs and they are always there so those will be the last places you lose from. A rule I have read is that for every 7 pounds a woman gains 6 of them are in her hips, boobs, butt, and thighs and for every 7 pounds we lose only 1 comes off of those areas.
If you lose the weight first and then try to store fat that will be harder because your metabolism is higher and you will need to eat a lot to store fat. Not only that the fat will store in the areas you don't want again, bringing you back to ground zero and you will have to lose weight again.
You can grow muscles behind your breasts and in you butt or hips at the same time as your weight loss. Butburning and storage of fat are the complete opposite of each other and is very very hard to do at the same time.
Things that will help to ensure that you are not going to add fat to places like your arms, stomach, and for some, legs is by also using a cream appropriate for your body and goals that contain phytoestrogens. These will keep your estrogen receptors strong and high in the places you want while losing weight. This will activate the specific areas better to make sure the fat goes there or stays there. Then make sure to exercise the places where you don't want to store fat.

#1 Can you really make your boobs bigger without surgery?
Yes you can. Breast growth out of all body contouring will probably take the longest. There is a infamous Japanese woman nicknamed, "Chiyo Milk" who has grown her boobs from an A cup to a DD cup! It took her a few years, a lot of supplements, diligence, patience, a healthy approach, and other regiments to get there. Do not expect to go from an A cup to a D in six to twelve months. Realistically you can expect one to almost two cup sizes of growth per year, two cup sizes in one year is really pushing it though, it's more like one to one and a half is what you can expect in a year with proper care and diligence.
There are many approaches to natural breast enhancement and I and others (like on the forums "Breast Nexus") highly suggest that you balance your hormones first and then study and research in depth to figure out what kinds of supplements are right for you, how to use them, what to expect, etc. It is very possible but it takes a lot of work, you don't just simply take the herb Pueraria Mirifica twice a day and you'll grow boobs there is much more to it than that. Taking a family history of breast cancer in mind is very important as well, do some in-depth research about the links between that and natural breast enhancement


#2 Can the Herbs for Natural Breast Enhancement Cause Breast Cancer?
This is still not yet known. There is equal evidence on both sides saying that strong phytoestrogen herbs for breast enhancement can cause breast cancer or prevent it. It is in mypersonal opinion that if you have a family history of breast cancer that you do not try natural breast enhancement, that could be dangerous. If phytoestrogens can possibly cause breast cancer and if you have a family history of it making it more possible that you could get breast cancer why risk it?
There are dozens of opinions about this from doctors and scientists and everyone has not come to a full agreement. In the end it is up to you, add up the factors and the risks and decide for yourself if it is something you are willing to do. No one can decide that for you.


#3 Are the Results of Natural Breast Enhancement Permanent?
This has not been concluded yet. There is not scientific or medical evidence on either side, just opinions and experiences from people on the internet. Some have said "yes", others, "no". Some people have not had to use maintenance herbs after they have reached their goal and others have had to. An infamous Japanese woman nicknamed "Chiyo Milk" on the internet grew her boobs from an A cup to a DD in a few years. To this day she continues to take a lower dose of Pueraria Mirifica to maintain her breast growth. It is rumored that if you take the herb Fennel that it causes your actual breast tissue to grow and not just your fat cells. Many who have achieved breast growth with Fennel say that they do not have to maintain afterward.
It boils down to you are just going to have to experiment and watch for yourself if your results need maintenance or not because no methods or herbs have been proven or shown to succeed very often over the internet or through scientific research yet.


#4 What is the Best Herb For Breast Enhancement?
There is not a "best" because everyone's body is different and will react to herbs differently. This is why balancing your hormones before starting a program is so important. When you are in balance your body can more easily adapt to a new herb added into your regiment and utilize it better. For example if you have excess testosterone when you begin those will block the phytoestrogens from making your breasts grow. If you are in balance your body will read that you are getting more estrogen and that will cause the reaction / signal in your body to begin growing your breasts.
There are many phytoestrogens that people have tried for natural breast enhancement. Figuring out a combination of phytoestrogens, adaptogens, and aromatase that works for you might take a bit of time. Having your hormones balanced before beginning will make the process much easier because you can control how much of each phytoestrogen, adaptogen & aromatase you are taking in to ensure that you stay at the right level for growth that is also healthy on your body without becoming out of balance again.


#5 Maca (or adaptogen) with Pueraria Mirifica (or another phytoestrogen)
Maca is an adaptogen which means that it will help your adrenal glands produce more of the hormone DHEA which will convert into estrogens or testosterones in the body. DHEA goes into the body and reads what the body needs more of. If it reads that you have too much estrogen it will transform into more testosterone for the body, it "adapts".
Pueraria Mirifica is a strong phytoestrogen (plant estrogen) and higher than normal levels of estrogen in the body are needed to cause natural breast growth. The level of estrogen in your body needs to be just right, it can't be too low (growth won't happen) and it can't be too high (which can cause estrogen dominance or excess estrogen than turns into testosterone, thus you are again too low on estrogen).
This brings me to the common question of "can you or should you take maca or another adaptogen (ginseng and rhodiola are other examples) while using phytoestrogens for breast growth"?
This is another subject that has not been proven on either side of the argument.


Why it Could Work
DHEA adapts to make the hormone the body needs. DHEA in general is a growth hormone and body builders often use it for muscle growth. It could help with breast growth by making sure that you do not become estrogen dominant, thus keeping your estrogen at a high level but not too high as to be estrogen dominant. It could also provide the correct amount of growth hormone that the body needs to produce the highest-quality breast tissue your body can make. DHEA could also adapt and combine itself with the phytoestrogens you are taking to make better use of the the phytoestrogen you are taking.


Why it Might Not Work
DHEA as I've said goes into the body and reads what the body needs more of. If your body already has a lot of phytoestrogens floating around, more estrogen than testosterone (which is what you want for breast growth) then the DHEA might read you as having an imbalance (which is true, during natural breast enhancement you are technically in an imbalance because naturally your body would not have that much estrogen if you are healthy). So the DHEA could signal "there is too much estrogen in here" and transform itself into testosterone bringing your testosterone and estrogen levels up to proper amount of each for a woman. This then causes your phytoestrogen levels to go down and possibly become useless or pointless to take.


Conclusion
There is no evidence on either side whether taking Maca or an adaptogen during natural breast growth is necessary. It is something you can chose to experiment with or not. From my research on the forum "Breast Nexus" adding maca to natural breast growth is a relatively new thing and no success stories (as far as I know) have shown up yet.
In my personal opinion and as suggested by women on Breast Nexus a strong phytoestrogen does very well on it's own and not much of anything else is needed with it (except for an aromatase and circulatory herb).
I suggest if you are going to try Maca or another adaptogen with natural breast enhancement first try for 6 months without it (after balancing of course) and see if you are getting the realistic results that you want. If it's not working try adding maca or an adaptogen and see if it makes a difference for you.

#1 Can You Really Make Your Butt Bigger Without Surgery?
Short answer: absolutely! There are two components or approaches to making your butt bigger, storing fat or building muscle. I generally advise that you do one at a time or chose one. The reason for this is because in order to grow large muscles you need a balance of hormones and in order to store fat specifically in your butt area you need to take a strong phytoestrogen but having high levels of estrogen in your body is counter-productive or very hard to grow muscle with.
If you take the fat-storing approach you do it by first balancing your hormones properly by taking a blood test to see where you are and then balance, and then check after 6 months of balancing. You need to make sure that your estrogen is higher than normal but that you still have a healthy amount of testosterone and progesterone so you don't become estrogen dominant or have excess estrogen. Estrogen stores fat and taking a strong phytoestrogen will ensure that the estrogen receptors that are strong in a woman's body (which are the thighs, hips, butt, and boobs) are activated for "fat-storing mode".
If you take the muscle-building approach you need to make sure your hormones are balanced. This is why maca is such a popular choice for women to grow their butt because maca is a precursor to DHEA and DHEA is a growth hormone and a popular supplement used by body builders to grow their muscles. It is an adaptogen and that will make your body make either testosterone or estrogen whatever it needs. So taking maca while lifting heavy weights will help to grow your butt muscles larger and quicker than without it.
If you want both fat and muscle on your butt it is best to do one at a time. If you try to grow muscle in your butt while taking or apply strong phytoestrogens for fat storage it will be much harder because the natural levels of estrogen women have is what makes it harder for us to grow muscles than men. So if you have a strong phytoestrogen floating in your body for fat storage as well muscle growth will be hard. Where as you need higher than normal levels of estrogen in your body to store fat in your strong estrogen-receptor areas (butt, hips, thighs and boobs).
If you want both fat and muscle I suggest doing fat first and then muscle. The reason for this is because once you have fat in your estrogen receptor areas it is harder to lose it. Those areas on your body will always have stronger estrogen than other areas on your body so they will always hang onto fat there harder than your stomach and arms. So that way when you want to gain muscle in your butt that fat will have a hard time leaving if you stored fat there first and then grow muscle.
There is a lot to growing your butt, stick to one approach at a time, fat or muscle and do some extensive research to figure out what you would like to do.


#2 I Keep Lifting Heavy Weights and I See No Results I Don't Think I Can do it
Growing your butt, boobs, or hips is going to take a long long time. You cannot gage if something is working in 1-2 months. Try something for at least 3 months before deciding if it is working or not. Getting one cup of breast growth usually takes 7-8 months to do. Getting 4-5 inches of butt growth usually takes 8-12 months. The only way you will know for sure if something is working is by taking measurements every 2 weeks to a month. The tape measurer will never lie.
When it comes to growing your butt bigger with weights you must lift very very heavy as heavy as you can (without hurting yourself). If you have to gradually build yourself stronger to be able to lift heavy. When I say heavy I mean 200 or more pounds for a dead lift or 150 or more for a squat. 300 or more pounds for a leg press, that sort of heavy. Doing less weight and more repetitions will tone and shape your butt but not build much size or it will take much much longer, a few years.
Remember too that your butt is not just your gluteus maximus. Exercise all areas on and around your butt to build a large and round butt. Workout your lower back / upper butt, your hips, your gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus as well as the back of your thighs to lift the bottom of your butt up. Too many women do only these exercises, squats, dead-lifts, lunges, leg press, donkey kicks, and a few others. All of those except dead-lifts work only the back of your thighs and your gluteus maximus. Doing these exercises only are going to build the large bottom part of your butt leaving you with a very large "teardrop" sized and shaped butt that sticks out when looking at your profile but won't stick out when looking at your front. It will not give you a super large and round one that sticks out looking at your side and your front. You need to include exercises that workout your hips, lower back / upper butt, and other parts of your butt. Examples are clam shells, hip abductors, good mornings and others.
To grow your butt with weights you need to do it for a long time, drink protein powder right away after a workout, eat enough, workout your butt 2-3 days a week (with at least 2 days in-between each workout), workout all those muscle groups I mentioned, and lift super heavy and you will eventually see results.


#3 Do Butt Creams Work (Example Fake Name: Hearty Butt Cream)?
It depends, these are trial and error and you can avoid getting ripped off by doing a bit of research. Short answer: if they have the correct herbs that match with what your body needs they will work if they don't they can be counter-productive.
It depends on the approach you are going for. Butt creams are meant for fat-storing so if you are trying to grow your butt muscles these creams will be counter-productive. It is best to use a butt cream with your supplements and make sure that the herbs your are taking and the herbs in the cream work well together and are appropriate for your body and are going for the same goal (fat storage or muscle growth)
For example if you are estrogen dominant and you use a cream that contains the strong phytoestrogen aguaje / buriti that cream will be counter-productive for you. When you have excess estrogen or are estrogen dominant you need an aromatase to bring those levels back down. If you add more estrogen to yourself it can transform into testosterone and testosterone burns fat. Many times I have heard women say that a butt cream has made their butt shrink instead of grow. This is usually because the strong phytoestrogens are reversing on them, literally making the cream a fat burner instead of a fat storer!
Some of the ingredients and herbs in these creams are completely useless to use topically (skin application) because in order for them to work they must be processed through some of the organs in your body to be made useful.
For example maca is a precursor to DHEA but maca must be processed through the adrenal glands in order to produce more DHEA. The DHEA-making properties of maca is the reason why women take it for their hourglass figure goals. If you apply maca to your skin it is useless because it will not activate your fat cells or muscle cells because the herb itself does not have DHEA in it but it helps make DHEA when it is processed through your adrenal glands.
Aguaje, pueraria mirifica, fenugreek, and other phytoestrogens will work because the herb itself has the phytoestrogens in it and those do not need to be processed by any of your organs. These phytoestrogens can penetrate directly into your fat cells and effect their fat-storing properties.
Saw Palmetto and spearmint will work topically because it can directly block androgens or be processed through the adrenal glands when taken as a supplement. Emu oil will work topically when combined with a phytoestrogen to be the fat that is stored by the phytoestrogen. Zhi Mu extract will work topically to make your fat cells want to store more fat is a matter of fact it has a completely different effect when taken internally. Zhi Mu (or also known as Volufiline) only works for your hourglass figure when used topically.
Pretty much every herb will work topically except for herbs that need to be processed by your organs. Dandelion root helps the liver process hormones better. Using it topically will make your body use its diuretic properties so it will dehydrate that area and not cause growth. Dandelion root only helps will hourglass figure goals when taken internally.
Fish oil is something that I personally don't believe helps with adding fat to your butt. Fish oil is known to the women on Breast Nexus as an "enemy" because it has a high amount of plant testosterones for an oil. Many women on Breast Nexus avoid fish oil when growing their boobs and choose a different essential fatty acid to take like flaxseed which contains phytoestrogens instead of plant testosterones. It is in my belief and research that using fish oil topically helps with butt growth but it does so because it gives your butt muscles testosterone to grow your muscles. Testosterone burns fat so applying fish oil to your butt might burn the fat off of your butt but increase your butt muscle size. When choosing fish oil topically for butt growth do your research on fish oil and it's hormones to decided if it is the approach you want to go with. Fish oil and a phytoestrogen in a cream might be counter-productive.


#4 What are the Best Herbs and Supplements for Butt Growth?
Short answer: it depends on your body and if it is in balance with it's hormones and also whether you are trying to store fat or grow muscle or both. There is no "best" for everyone
First make sure to get a blood test and if your hormones aren't balanced balance them for 6 months with herbs and supplements then test again to make sure everything is fine then begin taking herbs and supplements for butt growth.
If you are trying to store fat in your butt you need to take a strong phytoestrogen to activate the fat-storing estrogen receptors in your butt and hips. To ensure that the fat is being stored in your butt instead of your boobs use a cream of your own or a pre-made one that fits with your program so that the estrogen receptors are stronger in your butt than your boobs. Also do butt exercises to increase circulation in your butt to lead the herbs there instead of your boobs.
If you are trying to build muscle you need to have balanced hormones with a healthy dose of testosterone for muscle growth. This is why men's muscles get bigger than ours is because of their testosterone levels. Obviously we don't want high testosterone but make sure your testosterone is at optimum level for a woman for big-muscle growth for your butt. Maca is the most popular herb for this approach.
If you want both fat and muscle on your butt you need to first store fat then grow muscles. The reason I suggest this is because once fat has been stored in your strong estrogen-receptor areas (thighs, butt, hips, boobs for women) it is hard to burn that fat off because estrogen stores fat and testosterone burns it. Taking phytoestrogen herbs or not your thighs, butt, hips, and boobs always have more estrogen there than your stomach and arms. So now that you have fat there that is very difficult to get rid of now you can work on building muscle with balanced hormones.
If you try to build muscle first and then store fat it could be much more difficult because once you start exercising your metabolism is up and you will need to eat much much more to beat your metabolic rate to start storing fat.
Do extensive research online on how to balance first and then what supplements to take for fat storage and / or butt muscle growth.


#5 Are the Results of Butt-Growth Permanent?
The storage of fat on your butt is pretty much permanent because it is hard to get rid of fat from your thighs, hips, and butt once it is there. The best thing to do is constantly monitor it. The muscles in your butt are never permanent you must continue to exercise to keep those up.
