Find a healthier alternative, as Caer has said.
Try getting the next best thing to sweets, like fruit, raisins/sultanas/dried fruits, gum, that kind of thing.
Fruits may not sound so appealing at first, but give it a try.
I'm not quite sure where you're from, but in most supermarkets in the UK you can get stuff like cola flavoured raisins and stuff, which is nice
^^ Dried fruit isn't very healthy either though because it's dried with salt, much like beef jerky.
I mean, it's healthier than candy, but it's still not very healthy, which OP says she wants to be.
If you don't buy them, you can't eat them; make sure you don't have them in the house. Don't COMPLETELY cut them out, 'cause that'll lead to your body craving them and you may end up going OTT if you let yourself have a treat :3
Then a few times a week, eat a few squares of dark chocolate. Try chocolate covered fruits or almonds. On top of a modified diet, of course. Denying yourself or cutting cold turkey makes you feel miserable. Plus dark chocolate is good for your skin, has antioxidants, and can protect your heart.
Fill yourself up on water and treal meals before you go for sweets. I'm on a "diet" right now and giving up my sweets (even though most sweets make me sick and I don't like them much in the first place) was hard, and I miss them. I miss a lot of foods, but I've lost one pound a week and I've seen progress. I have enough time for sweets when I will be on vacation next week, and when I finish this "diet".
Do not deny yourself to the point to where you're going crazy, but exercise control and make other choices.
Just have them as a treat like once a week. Don't eat them very often because they'll make you fat, surely that's enough of a reason to stop eating them?
Eat so many vegetables and wholegrains and drink so much water than the thought of any more food makes you ill. Voila, you no longer want sweets!
On a more serious note, just don't get sweets in the house in the first place. If you do your own shopping, make sure you go to the supermarket AFTER you've eaten so you don't buy a load of food that you don't really need - like sweets. As Shonna said, fruit isn't a bad idea as it's more filling for the same amount of sugar as sweets are, but you should still be careful: they are still very sugary and tend to have larger amounts of fructose than artificial sweets. Dried fruits are arguably worse than regular sweets.

I LOVE eating sweets!I eat them all the time and I just can't stop. Recently, I put on some weight because of that, I exercise but I just want to stop eating them not only because they 're fattening but because I want to start a healthy lifestyle. So If you got any tips that could help me say 'NO' to sweets, I would really appreciate them! Thank you. Have a nice day!
Just dont buy them lol ... I was the same the sweets effected my weight and skin though so I gave them up. Substituted them with other foods such as nuts, raisins fruits. I don't even get the random cravings I had before. I have been working out and this time around things are better now I have given all this up. I hope you are taking care of your teeth as well, that is another reason for me ditching this kinda food
