I know what thats like, i worked out 3-4 times a week and was 175lbs @ 7% body fat in june, quit working out now im 185, and lost muscle mass too :(

I like my body for the most part but the fat, now I would love to see that long and I'm going to work on loosing it!

yeah im happy with it...even though there are obviously things i dont like about it. but im happy with it and wouldnt change it for the world. this is me, this is what i was given, and i gotta make the best of it!
