No, it has never (ever, ever) been laced with rat poison (this is a pretty persistent myth across most drugs... and is almost always complete crap.)
And knowing a dealer well just means they probably wont screw you over with prices, it has almost no effect on quality of product.

Thinkng you're a superheros for a week doesn't seem possible to me.
extasy, ketamine and speed can't do that but they are the only pills I know

Ketamine is never found in pill form, its oral bioavailability is terrible. Speed can be found in pills, but only pharmaceutical pills like Adderal or Dexidrine or pressed "E" pills containing meth (meth is a type of speed). Theres also no way real Ecstacy would make you feel "like a superhero", never mind the fact it wouldn't be working by like day 4 @ 3 pills a day.
And LSD lasts 12 hours MAX. Usually 8 - 10 hours. Unless you take a heroic dose... then it can go on for a while. But is very hard to get your hands on real LSD unless your very well connected.
It sounds like he could have been eating methbombs (meth disguised as Ecstasy in pill form) for a solid week... yuuuuck. If that's the case, and he's like 15... it's possible in a sense. Probably exaggerated... but still.

Ketamine can be in pill form, I don't know where you live but here yeah. I don't think it's it just ketamine tough, must be mixt with other stuff (anyway, I don't know this drug very well, never tried and don't want to try)
LSD-> right, the effect of it is about 8 to 12 hours but the down after can go over 24 hours, and my friend said it was good
